RecycleBank : Rewarding You For Positive Green Actions.
Have a look at this company, they incentivize people to recycle. Offering rewards of all sorts for making a positive impact on the environment. While I totally agree that will not get people recycling on its own, but I think it does have a very positive re-enforcement effect on people. And kids love goodies!
